Aras “Russ” Memişyazıcı, M.Sc. is a senior technology and architecture leader specializing in AI security, cloud transformation, application security, and enterprise modernization. He currently serves as a Global Head of Reference Architecture at Aon, where his work focuses on secure technology adoption, AI governance, cloud architecture, modernization strategy, and enterprise-scale guardrails for resilient platforms.
Aras is a co-lead of the OWASP AI Security Verification Standard — AISVS and has contributed to the broader OWASP AI and LLM security community. He is passionate about making AI security actionable for practitioners, architects, executives, and engineering teams. His experience spans secure cloud adoption, DevSecOps, zero-trust architecture, data platforms, AI enablement, and translating emerging technology risks into pragmatic controls and measurable business outcomes.
